We close each day from 2PM-4PM for a cat nap.
Visiting Us
Please do! We’d love for you to reserve time in the café here. While we’re always down for having friends stop by last minute, it turns out there are more cat-lovers in Columbus than room at the café. We strongly recommend that you book your visit ahead of time via our reservation system. This can be accessed here, at the bottom of each page, or in the drop down menu.

Cover Fees
Guests can enjoy the café for $10.75 per person for one (1) hour.
Children 5 and under enjoy the café for $6 per person, per hour. Please be sure to add each child separately in our reservation system.
Make Your Visit Purr-fection
When you’re ready to hang with the cool cats, plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow for street parking and check-in.
Safety first! The cats are pretty chill, but the lawyers aren’t. Guests are required to sign a waiver and review safety rules prior to entering the lounge.
Everyone should feel comfortable at Eat Purr Love—people and animals alike. We reserve the right to advocate for our kitties and our guests by removing anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behaviors. Please note that we will not issue refunds in this circumstance.
If you are late, note that we do not honor reservations after 15 minutes without proper notice. If we do not hear from you, you risk losing your space in the lounge and will not be eligible for a refund.
For our friends under the age of 18 years:
All guests under the age of 18 years must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. If the minor is visiting with another adult, then the waiver must be printed and filled out ahead of time by the parent/legal guardian.
Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the cafe.
Guests 16 years and older do not need to be accompanied by an adult while visiting the café, but must come prepared with a signed waiver.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your visit, you’ll be able to do so with a refund up to 48 hours ahead of your reservation time. Please note that we do not issue refunds for cancellations with fewer than 48 hours notice.
Rescheduling
We would be pleased to reschedule your reservation prior to your scheduled visit time.
